Time flies!

I can’t believe it is already December 15th! Time is going by very quickly…at this rate I will be done with this program in no time (at least the classes). I started the weather watch for the drive home this morning… light snow for the 21st… I really don’t want to leave any later that the 22nd, so I checked it for that date too – light snow. This is through Ohio and Pennsylvania – two long states to drive through.

Isn’t it funny how I consider them large states, but when you look at a map of the U.S., they by far are not the largest. Talk about regional perspectives! Coming from New England, where if it takes you more than 2.5 hours to get into another state, at the longest, it was a long trip! Damn, in 2.5 hours where I lived, you can get to three states! Anyways, everything is based on one’s viewpoint.

I have found that without having homework to do, I have been pretty bored. It is not like I don’t have anything to do, but I decided that I do not want to read this week (other than for work). Since everything else I had planned to do when classes got out involved reading, I have resorted to baking. It is the holidays – and that means COOKIES!!!! One of George’s favorite ingredients to have is coconut, and for me it is cranberry. So today when I get home to bake, I will experiment with coconut cranberry cookies. He wants to name them George and Gette cookies… We’ll see…

OK – back to agricultural viability for me! Have a great day!!!
