Today was a day filled with graduation events! The UNF chapter of Pi Sigma Alpha had a luncheon where the students were recognized, the College of Arts and Sciences awards ceremony, and then the College of Arts and Sciences graduation. Quite the action packed day, but worth it. I really do enjoy seeing the students graduate with their friends and families cheering them on. Some students have noted how their parents are more excited about the students graduating than they are. I have to reassure them that while they have spent a long, hard, four year hall to get to walk across the stage, their parents have done the same amount of work – and a lot more – for the last 20 years to see their child walk across the stage. Congrats to all the students and their families. Job well done!
